Lasting Impact.
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Hamilton, we believe every young person has the potential to lead. Our leadership programs are designed to help youth and teens discover their strengths, use their voice, and make a positive difference in their Club, their school, and their community.
We provide hands on opportunities for members to practice responsibility, develop confidence, and step into meaningful leadership roles guided by caring adult mentors.
Leadership Programs Include
- Torch Club for preteens focused on service, teamwork, and goal setting
- Keystone Club for teens centered on leadership, advocacy, and community impact
- Youth of the Year, our premier leadership and character recognition program
- Peer mentoring and Club ambassador roles
- Public speaking, event planning, and service learning projects
Through these programs, members build real world skills like communication, decision making, and empathy—skills that help them succeed now and into the future.
We believe leadership is not about titles. It is about showing up, speaking out, and lifting others up along the way.
